    Brad is active in the community volunteering as youth lacrosse coach with Cockeysville Recreation and the Baltimore Lacrosse Club Crabs organization.

        Timothy McDonough, CFP®

        Tim came to Garrison Financial in 2011 after acting as Managing Member of InterAction as a Fee Based Planner. Tim is supported by a team of professional staff with many years of combined experience in financial and retirement services, estate planning, annuities, charitable giving, business insurance, executive compensation and employee benefits.Tim is a 1984 graduate of Boston University. 

        Tim and his wife, Johanna, have three children - ages 21, 18 and 15 and live outside of Washington D.C. His hobbies include watching the kids play sports and working out. He presently serves on the board of a local non-profit.

          Sarah Santeufemio

          Financial Planner & Retirement Planning

          With over 10 years of experience in the financial planning industry, Sarah comes to Garrison with a focus on Retirement Income Planning. Working mainly with retirees and pre-retirees, she supports her clients by providing them the education and resources they need to help reduce or eliminate the major risks associated with retirement. Creating a protected and dependable income strategy that focuses on guaranteed income, increased cash position and strategically positioning assets in ways that can grow a client’s net worth by becoming more conservative.

          Sarah is a Baltimore native. Graduating from Our Lady of Mt. Carmel High School, she played softball and was the captain of the women’s varsity soccer team. As a wife and mother of two, she currently calls Harford County her home. In addition to a Life & Health producers license, Sarah is an investment advisor representative and currently holds FINRA series 6, 7, 63, 65 securities licenses. With an Associate’s degree from CCBC, a bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University, she is currently in the process of taking the courses required to become a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional through American College. She has a passion for self-mastery and carries the personal philosophy of “Getting better every day.”

            Steve Vecchione, CFP®, MBA

            Team Lead Planner & Wealth Management 

            Steve joined Garrison Advisors in 2016 as co-head of Garrison’s financial planning and wealth management team. Steve primarily works with high net-worth individuals, business owners, and executives helping them plan to fulfill their life goals. He specializes in retirement planning and portfolio management by helping clients develop a comprehensive approach that allows for a long and secure retirement. Steve spends a great deal of time understanding what is important to the client and what they want to achieve. His goal is to provide his clients with customized guidance which will assist them in navigating their financial future. He can help you tackle a specific investment goal or give you a macro view of your assets and the interplay of various needs.

            Prior to joining Garrison Advisors Steve spent over 20 years on Wall Street working and managing desks helping institutional investors in various fixed income and derivatives markets with primary focus on US corporate, emerging markets, and credit default swaps. Steve has a vast and wide knowledge of the financial markets.

            Steve has a BA in economics from Johns Hopkins University, and was an All-American lacrosse player. Steve also has an MBA in finance from Fordham University. He is an investment advisor representative and hold series 3, 7, 63 and 66 securities licenses, as well as, Life and Health licenses. Steve resides in Mountain Lakes, NJ with his wife, 2 children and 2 dogs. Steve is the varsity lacrosse coach at a New Jersey high school and volunteers on the Mountain Lakes Zoning Board of Adjustments.

              Frank has over 30 years of experience in the investment and insurance industry. Throughout his time as a financial professional, he has worked with corporations, non-profit organizations, professional athletes, executives, families, and widows providing solutions in estate planning, executive compensation planning, retirement planning, employee benefits, charitable giving planning, charitable estate planning and business continuity planning. Frank is associated with several societies and committees including Society of Financial Professionals, National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors, Chesapeake Planned Giving Council, and Baltimore Estate Planning Council.

              Frank has three daughters and lives in Lutherville with his wife Susan, spending his spare time outdoors biking, walking, and golfing.
